Emulsifying wax BP is an anionic wax with a selected blend of Cetearyl Alcohol and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate. The Emulsifying wax acts as a binding agent for oil and water, so that they can mix and blend together to make toners, lotions, and of course, facial moisturizers and hair conditioner. Can be used in place of Emulsifying Wax NF. Combined with water, oils and actives it creates tailored hair conditioning products and soothing lotions.

FORMULATION GUIDE
Up to 20%
2-10% concentrations in Skin care products, and baby care products.
Usually 3-5% for lotions and 5-10% for creams.
At pure usage levels it can cause irritation to the skin.
